Our client is a benchmark company in its sector, nationally and internationally, and a leader in value-added technological solutions. They have over 45.000 employees in over 45 different countries. For their Cybersecurity Hub, STANDBY is looking for a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist.

The cybersecurity team are responsible of security evaluation in different sectors. As a Security Sales Specialist, you will help the company grow the cybersecurity business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will work with customers to deliver true business value, demonstrate service benefits, and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. You will lead day-to-day relationships with current and new customers, leading with empathy, while identifying innovative ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole.

Main Responsibilities:

+ Building a pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics
+ Own the full sales conversation and negotiation, through to the transition of new clients to the account management team
+ Exercising accurate forecast accuracy for both high-revenue complex and transactional deals
+ Expand customer base by selling the company Services to teams or locations, meeting or exceeding quarterly goals
+ Develop and drive pipeline, increase customer engagement, and receive and leverage positive customer testimonials
+ Maintain and grow relationships to influence long-term strategic direction
+ Partner with other teams to understand the needs of the customer and provide excellent customer experience, driving efficiencies and scale
+ Act as a trusted advisor to the account


+ Computer Sciences, Telecommunication Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
+ 5+ years’ experience in sales cybersecurity services or products to large accounts
+ Fluent in English
+ Available to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience securing/growing a customer base and carrying/exceeding strategic business goals
+ Experience in international markets and managing large, complex agreements
+ Knowledge of cybersecurity testing and certification services in some of these areas Common Criteria, FIPS 140-3, Penetration Testing, IEC 62443, ETSI EN 303 645, NIST IR 8259, CTIA, 5G Cybersecurity, etc.
+ Knowledge of cybersecurity regulation in some of these areas UNECE, EU Cybersecurity Act, etc.
+ Proven experience in at least two of the following sectors: Automotive, ICT, Medical, Consumer or Industrial
+ Ability to build strong and continuous relationships, selling to product managers, product owner, security experts, and IT business units
+ Strong work ethic, perseverance, and competitive spirit to be the best
+ Acting in the best interest of our clients/prospects and always doing the right thing
+ Continuously learning and looking for ways to improve as sales professional
+ Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast complex sales cycles
+ Fluency in another language would be a plus
