For the development of their IT Center on the Costa del Sol (Spain), STANDBY is looking for a Technical Support Manager.
Minimum Job Requirements:
+ The mission of this role is the development of a customer support system for one of the group's banks
+ The person in this position will create the knowledge base of the user experience, starting with the support in the use of a customer identification app
+ The technical support manager will be responsible for managing the ticketing system, in collaboration with the Q team
+ The person filling this position will build up the support team over time, based on the different functions of telephone support, ticket handling, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
+ Proven working experience as a Technical Support Manager
+ Experience in managing support ticketing systems and ticketing tools
+ Bilingual in spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
+ Proactive attitude and customer service oriented
+ Someone who is willing and able to create a user support system
+ Someone who wants to be responsible for the support team in the future
+ Some flexibility, in the initial phase of support for the use of the apps the service will be on US Eastern Standard Time; thereafter, it will be European time
