Our client is a benchmark company in its sector, nationally and internationally, and a leader in value-added technological solutions. For the development of its Digital Platforms and Delivery Center on the Costa del Sol, STANDBY is looking for a Platform Services Manager.

The Platform Services Manager is responsible for development, maintenance and operation of integrated platform components and services, and reports to the Head of Integration and Platform Services. These components are global in nature, and able to be re-used across many projects and solutions within the company group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for the design, build, operation, and maintenance of global components (e.g. IAM) and services within the global integration platform, management of teams related to these
+ Participate in the collection and analysis of existing business and technical requirements to develop additional global integrated components, services and related processes and procedures
+ Deep understanding of risk and change management, security policies and controls, user account life-cycle management, roles-based access, access management and directory
+ Ensure users of the integration platform components and services are appropriately supported, including providing advice on the best way to adopt and utilize the components and services
+ Promote and evangelize the use of platform components and services within the Group, including with senior stakeholders and technology project leaders
+ May be required to participate in a wide range of design activities, from requirements analys through systems, application and/or process design specification and implementation
+ Act as a trusted advisor and shift smoothly between roles as advisory team member, team technical lead and project lead as required
+ Experience and exposure to a broad range of IAM products and domains with the ability to learn new products either through self-studying or formal training
+ Provide advice and recommendations to maximize the outcomes of investments in and support for end users of the integration platform, components and services

Minimum Job Requirements:

+ 8 or more years' of hands on experience in systems integration and applications development
+ International technology staff and project management experience
+ Good understanding of Information Technology Security
+ Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing
+ Tertiary IT qualification in Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent industry experience required
+ Proficient in written and spoken English

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

+ Cross border technology team and project management
+ Agile methods, technology product management and continuous integration and delivery
+ Cloud (Azure preferred) solution and platform architecture
+ Experience with Service Oriented Architecture, systems integration and middleware solutions
+ Applications development (MS Stack, .NET, etc., preferred)
+ Enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) or related design and operational experience
+ Wide knowledge across multiple platforms, processes or architectures
